When it comes to skincare, everyone has a different take. Thats because everyone's skin is unique, and everyone has different goals.

While the market has so many products to offer, we wanted to see which brands are the most sought after.

The worlds most searched brands

We found that The Ordinary is the world's most desired skincare brand, topping the search list in 41 unique countries.

With the TikTok craze around this brand, is it any surprise that it is now the #1 brand globally?


The Ordinary, which has products supported by celebrities such as Kim Kardashian and Holly Willoughby, retails from $3.50 to $28.90. Although a majority of its products retail t under $10.

So, what is The Ordinary doing differently that caused its popularity on TikTok? Many users claim that it's a mix of products containing tried and true ingredients, an affordable price point, and most importantly - they work.

Among The Ordinary, legacy skincare brands such as Neutrogena, Cetaphil, CeraVe, and Clinique still had a strong presence in various markets. Like The Ordinary, is it any surprise that a majority of the popular brands, also happen to be the most affordable?
